Introducing...Feng Ra, Dragon of Small Stature and Smaller English Vocabulary!

Okay, so if you remember Aerial and Milton (you don't? Well, then you're missing out: [link] and [link] respectively), Feng Ra is a Dragon they meet after they are forced to flee Castelia. The oldest Dragons in her tribe escaped Castelia nearly a thousand years ago, when the Dragon War (a war between the Dragons and the Owls that ended with the Dragons' extinction) first began. The Dragons started a new life on the mostly uninhabited northern continent called Xhu'we (which is the natives' word for snow; pronounced "shoo-way," though the "sh" is more of a "zh" sound).

At any rate, the Dragons of Xhu'we and the rest of the inhabitants of the continent speak a language that when spoken sounds like a mix between Russian and Chinese (in Castelian English, it's actually called Quen, which basically translates to "Huh?" The natives were confused when the Dragons spoke to them in English, asking what language the natives spoke). Feng Ra has learned some English from the elders, but being over a thousand years old, their memories aren't what they used to be, so Feng Ra (name translation: Little Egg) barely knows enough to get by when speaking to Milton and Aerial. She also speaks with a heavy accent that makes it almost impossible to tell she's speaking English unless you know it.

The Xhu'we Dragons have also developed some physical differences from their ancestors. The most obvious of these is the fine layer of very soft fur that covers their scales and helps keep them warm in the harsh, snowy climate of Xhu'we. The fur also keeps them from freezing to death in the frigid waters, the only place to find food in the north. Besides this, the Dragons have also grown webbed toes and hard, rough footpads that are useful for travelling over the deep snows and thick ice. The two biggest oddities: Xhu'we Dragons do not fly, instead using their wings to swim swiftly underwater; and they have developed the ability to "breathe" ice by expelling breath so cold that it freezes the moisture in the air (they can still breathe fire as well).

Kudos if you read all that. XD Seriously, you're awesome.

OHMYGOODNESS SO ADORABLE.

No for some semblance of coherence: I always love reading your bios. Especially when about animals. You're so thorough! I am woefully inept at such depth in bios. I get bored halfway through. X3
