Plushie is another Pokemon owned by Bernie's trainer, Elle. He's very overdramatic and rather...creepy. He has a tendency to stare at other people and Pokemon without blinking for minutes at a time. Sid thinks the odd little Jigglypuff might be on the homicidal side. XD

Distinctive Features: His curl sticks up almost like a swirl of soft serve ice cream, and he wears a blue bowtie.
